Event-Based Automation I just love this concept as a sand-box for innovation.

My Target flow: Synthesis on-the-fly

My strengths show when I can synthesize & resynthesize ideas with references on the fly at speed of thought -- 

Which comes when I have literature / research / facts / links & people downloaded in my working memory --- 

Which comes from prior listening, attendance, study , note taking, re packing of ideas, & thought given in the "course" material.

Which synthesis is  from literacy & accessibility to simple robust media.

Example: speech, pen + paper, visual movement, whiteboard + marker, text editor, cloud word processor + connectivity + and simple interface

Fairness & Freedom

I support finding fairness for all & protect religious freedom through thoughtful, courteous discourse.
